The space is climate-controlled with industrial fans and proper ventilation — essential for serious efforts in Barcelona's warm climate. We provide towels, water bottles, and a post-ride protein shake from our Protein Kitchen is just an elevator away. When the weather's good (which in Barcelona is most of the year), step outside and ride some of Europe's finest roads. The Garraf coast road south of the city offers stunning Mediterranean views with rolling terrain. Or stay local and loop the Carretera de les Aigües, a flat gravel path high above the city with panoramic views from Tibidabo.

Practical Details & Equipment
The Cycling Lab is free for all hotel guests — no booking required for individual sessions. For groups of 3+, we recommend reserving a time slot at reception. Bring your own cycling shoes (Look, SPD-SL, and SPD pedals available) or use our flat pedals with straps. We provide bike computers for those riding without their own devices.
After your session, cool down in our Recovery Room with cold water immersion and compression therapy — the perfect complement to a hard indoor effort. Towels, water, and energy gels are complimentary. For long sessions, order a recovery meal from the Protein Kitchen to be ready when you step off the trainer.
